Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Classes
Float your yoga! We invite you to bring your yoga practice out onto the beautiful waters of Lake Michigan via a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP). This 60 min lead yoga class will include a brief on land orientation, SUP yoga practice incorporating ASANA (yoga postures) and breath work followed by a relaxing savasana. Afterwards participants can choose to return to land or enjoy a 30 min paddle along the shores of Sister Bay. Practicing yoga on a SUP brings a whole new perspective to being fully present while experiencing changes in balance, core stabilization, muscle memory, breath and playful attitude.
