Shanty Bay Clothing Shop
Summer hours: 10am-6pm.
The Shanty Bay Clothing Shop is located adjacent to the Camp Store and
Snack Bar and open Memorial Day through mid-October. This unique beach
wear shop offers a wide variety of Peninsula State Park apparel,
T-shirts, sweatshirts, summer jackets, footwear, hats, sportswear,
jewelry, and other assorted surprises for the whole family.
The store's
signature brand is "Life Is Good", specializing in beach and sportswear.
The store in and of itself is worth a visit just to meet our proprietor,
Sue, who knows everything that's happening in the area and is more than
happy to share her wealth of knowledge about the area's history, charm,
and current events.
